Our (FT) Full Time - Hybrid Setter / Closer role is built for those companies who are ready to scale fast with a full-cycle sales pro who can follow up, book appointments and close deals - using the leads you already have or are actively generating. This is not your average outbound rep.

Skillset Level:

These are advanced sales professionals trained to own the entire sales process. They make outbound dials, qualify leads, and take prospects from cold to closed. With strong discovery skills, product knowledge, and persuasive closing ability, they’re built to maximize conversions and fully work every lead. Unlike traditional setters, Hybrid reps can handle leads at every stage — from cold outreach to inbound interest and reactivation campaigns. They know how to initiate, nurture, and how to bring in sales.

Management:

You oversee the day-to-day management and training of the sales rep. This is a Done-With-You staffing placement model, where you're responsible for providing all sales tools, performance development and rep accountability. If the rep doesn’t meet KPI standards or isn't the right fit — even after efforts to improve their results — we’ll provide a replacement within 7 days of notice, matched at a similar skill and experience level. Billing will be paused until the new rep is placed and onboarded.

Contract Term:

3 months minimum, afterwards month-to-month

14 days notice to cancel before next billing period
